From over the top brunches to dinners under the stars, our new alfresco Mediterranean restaurant offers a sensory journey that transports you one sip, one bite, and one view at a time. Your immersive dining experience begins with a welcome celebration in our Rooftop Garden, complete with bottomless cocktails and live music to set the mood. Brunch features an over the top Bloody Mary bar, a lively ambience, and classic dishes with a Mediterranean twist, like French toast with orange zest, figs, and pistachios. As the sun sets, Bora turns up the romance for an elegant dinner with complimentary spritzes, dishes finished right at your table, including fresh sea bream served “a la espalda” style, and hand-selected regional wines.
